MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS & APPLICATIONS

To become a member of the Craft & Hobby Association, companies need to provide business qualifications. Companies that are involved in the production and sale of products and supplies found in art, craft, hobby, sewing and other leisure industry outlets are eligible for membership.

Qualifications for each member section are listed below. If you believe your company qualifies under one of these categories, click on the link to download the appropriate membership application. The membership applications are in a PDF format and Acrobat Reader is required to view and print them.

Complete the application, include copies of the business qualifications listed for that section, dues payment and mail to:
